We are conscious that customers should remain vigilant in ensuring they are dealing with the right people (particularly if you receive contact that is unexpected).

When we contact you, our calls will be from one of the following number ranges:

All SMS messages we send will appear from our SMS number 0400979501.

All written correspondence will have the TCS letter head, and will be postmarked from Hobart, Tasmania.

The communication will contain details about who the money is owed to, how much is overdue, and your TCS account reference number.

Ready to take control of your situation? Great! Using your TCS reference number you can login to the customer portal where you’ll be provided with information and a variety of flexible options to make this as easy as possible.

Pay it now – great – if you’re in a position to pay the debt now you can finalise the account immediately, right then and there.

You can’t pay it all now – don’t worry –  you may be able to set up a payment plan that is achievable given your situation. And the good news is, as long as you keep your end of the bargain and make regular payments as you’ve committed to, we wont need to take further action.
