What is your role at TCS? Account Manager.
How long have you been with TCS? Since July 2021
Where did you come from? I was born in Hobart, and I have been doing collections for around 5 years, before that I was in the sales industry.
Tell me about your role? I work predominantly in the collections team, resolving accounts and ensuring that we get the best results for our clients, I also do some of our skip tracing, this allows us to locate customers then otherwise may be uncontactable.
What’s your favourite thing about coming to work? The people, our manager is fantastic and personable and the team that has been built not only in the Hobart office but across the state! I have never worked for a company that feels more like a family than a workplace, which makes coming to work a dream.
What floats your boat?
Work – Providing excellent service to our clients and helping customers when they are financially struggling, having someone say thank you for listening is a real bonus of my role.
Personal – Exercise, beach, Walking, getting out and doing something interesting most weekends, and of course netball.
